This film was made in partnership with The Academy of Grounding and is about the power of human connection within the context of jiu-jitsu. It’s about the curative nature of strengthening the spirit and the mind as well as the body, and focuses on reaching those amongst our community who are battling mental illness.

The brutal battles that go on within the mind; the internalised fear we don’t talk about, and the pain no one sees. Through exercise, social connection and a focus on humility, The Academy of Grounding designed this program to vow their support to those in need.
